Application

 Thank you for your interest in applying to Fremont High School

Please assist us with the enrollment by providing us:

1. Original state certified birth certificate
2. Two (2) proofs of residency
3. Updated Immunization record
4. Enrollment packet filled out completely.

Enrollment packets may be picked up at the High School Office during the school year and the Administration Office during the summer.
